Our Story

Our journey began in accounting services for our select clients back in 2001. After 10 years, we noticed a troubling pattern: clients were not great at managing their bookkeeping. They were concentrating on revenue activities during their days and staying up late at night to keep on top of their book work. They were making errors, missing receipts they paid for privately on the run, and it was becoming costly. This is when the shift occurred for our clients and our business. They outsourced the bookkeeping and payments to us so they could focus on the day to day running of their business. This resulted in more timely and accurate financial data, and we were able to provide weekly and monthly KPI’s that they could use as the drivers for their business. This is where the deep understanding came from, with the weekly bookkeeping we were exposed to all revenue and expense transactions and were able to develop systems and processes to better manage each Centre. It became a two-way street for questions and answers between the owners and us. The result was a better managed Centre by the owners and accurate and timely financial data so that decisions could be made quickly and the financial improvement followed.
